During our New Year stay, we appreciated the spacious and clean room with a full bathroom as well as the friendly service. Although the area was a bit out of the way, we were able to easily reach the city center using public transportation. the hotel offered a delicious breakfast that we enjoyed each morning.
the noise level in the room was quite high, as we were disturbed by loud sounds from the vending machine outside.

Nice location, clean rooms
Breakfast offered was very threadbare and not even "basic". I was really surprised that they painted the door numbers crudely on the doors !!!

This is a wonderful place fot this value. The rooms are spacious and furniture is new. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is also ok for this money. Pastry is really nice:-). We visited the place twice with 10 days gap, and last time we could see so many changes made during those 10 days, the lobby got much prettier and more comfortable.

The location of the hotel is convenient, with easy access to public transportation, including a nearby tram stop and metro station. Guests have praised the spacious and comfortable rooms, as well as the helpful and friendly receptionist. the hotel also provides amenities such as pillows and blankets, and the toilets and heaters in the rooms are in good working condition.
Some guests have mentioned that the private bathrooms were not well-maintained, with issues such as moldy showers and a lack of soap.

This is not hotel. It's hostel. That is very big difference. There isn't any bar in it, so you can't refresh yourself after long trip, also location is far away from center or from any metro station so it is no no if you don't have car. Breakfast was very bad, there was only sweet donuts and that's it. Very poor.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The facilities were still new, so everything was in order and quite clean. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite close to the center of the city and is near the train station for long-distance trains.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Excellent value for money
Hotel is a long way out of town, and extremely difficult to find.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the value for money was fantastic. Considering the affordable prices, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail throughout my stay. The location near the train station made it very convenient for my travels, and the staff provided excellent service. The basic amenities in the rooms, including a TV, were just what I needed. Lastly, breakfast included delicious croissants that were a delightful start to my day.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was great.

Good connection by trem to the city. Nice bars and night places in the neighborhood. Good wifi at the public places.
No minibar, noise in the room was huge during some nights.

This is a very good option in Milan consider the price and free parking (depends on the availability). There is also tram to the Milan Cathedral within 5 mins walking distance.
